No doubt, a lot of research has already gone into what accounts for a flatter stomach. This has also opened a wealth of overwhelming information on what

to do and what to avoid. My first rule of thumb in scouring for such information would be to limit my options to only natural methods.

There are already so many natural means by which you can build a flatter stomach easier so why resort to spending more money on non-natural means?

On the contrary, they can cost you a lot more than money in the long run. While ridding belly flab can be a challenging goal, they can be made easy. I have listed

my 5 personal preferences:

a)Organize your exercises to specific sets- perform exercises at regular intervals by splitting them into sets. By doing so, you stretch your body?s endurance up

to a certain reasonable point and give it the chance to rest in between sets.

b)Spread out your meals throughout the day with smaller proportions- rather than skipping meals, having more meals but lesser quantity keeps you from

going hungry while maximizing on your body?s metabolic activities.

c)Do not neglect other body parts when exercising- although you are working on your abdominals, do not leave out exercises that can condition other muscle

parts as well. Exercises that support multi body functions are better than isolation exercises in reducing muscle injury and for women, minimizing the

chances of mass build up being confined to just one area.

d)Do water therapy- I have always believed water to be a miracle drink. Sometimes, feelings of over fatigue, hunger or slow metabolism can all be

solved just by consuming more water. Do not wait until you are thirsty to load up on water.

e)The more natural food is, the better- Foods that go into less processing retain most of their nutritional value. When your meals are highly processed, innate

nutrients are replaced with higher calorie and fat content.

Of course, there are so many other techniques out there for a flatter stomach. Find out what suits you best and work at them. Ideally, you should include tips that you can do with minimal changes in your lifestyle as part of your plan so
