1. Don’t Skip Breakfast
You need energy to make it through the day that’s why you have to eat a hearty serving of breakfast. Drinking to-go coffee isn’t enough to jumpstart your day.

2. Take a Break
Working for eight straight hours is impossible for a human being. Taking a break once in a while is necessary so as not to lose your sanity.

If you are working overtime almost every day, chances are you won’t have time for exercise. To make sure that you still get some form of physical activity, do little

4. Avoid Vices
People face stress differently and some deal with it through vices like smoking. Try your best to avoid vices and focus on something else to release tension.
5. Limit Drinks After Work
Happy hour with co-workers may be the easiest escape from everyday stress, but indulging too much can actually bring you more stress.
