Research(A*STAR)andCo-DirectoroftheCentreforTechnologyandSocial-BehaviouralInsightswhichisacentrejointlyestablishedbyA*STARandSMU.HewasformerlyDeputyProvostofSMUandDeputyDirectoroftheWharton-SMUResearchCentre.
