500W MosFet Power Inverter from 12V to 110V/220V

This circuit will provide a very stable "Square Wave" Output Voltage.

Frequency of operation is determined by a pot and is normally set to ! #.

Various "o$ the shelf" transformers can be used. Or %ustom wind your own

FO& '(ST &(S)*TS. +dditional ,osFets can be paralleled for higher power. -t

is recommended to ave a "Fuse" in the ower *ine and to always have a

"*oad connected"/ while power is being applied. The Fuse should be rated at

01 volts and should be apro2imately 3! +mps per 3!! watts of output. The

ower leads must be heavy enough wire to handle this igh %urrent 4raw5

+ppropriate eat Sin6s Should be used on the &F7!8! Fets. These Fets are

rated at 7! +mps and ! Volts.

99 Other types of ,osfets can be substituted if you wish.

The *T3!30 o$ers better drive that the *,07:/ but its your choice.

The ower transformer must be capable of handling the chosen wattage

output.

+lso/ +ppropriate eat Sin6s are 8ecessary on the ,os;Fets.

)sing a rebuilt ,icrowave transformer as shown below/ it should handle about

7!! watts ,a2imum.

-t requires about 3: turn %enter;Tapped on the primary.

To handle 7!! watts would require using a 7 +W< wire. retty eavy Stu$/ but

so is the current draw at that power.
