Our valuable contributions to Leicester’s cultural life have led to fruitful partnerships with key organisations and events, including the nationally acclaimed Curve theatre and Phoenix Cinema and Art Centre.

STUDIOS

Our studios are the perfect environment to bring your creativity to life and work collaboratively with others. We have fully equipped studio theatre spaces and a multi-disciplinary performance space that is often used to support live-digital work. Our dance studios are located on the top floor of the PACE building with sprung floors, mirrors and barres.

All of our spaces can be transformed to turn your ideas into a reality. Your creative work is supported by expert technicians and you can book rehearsal space and equipment such as digital video cameras, sound recording equipment and editing suites.

PERFORMANCES

The Festival of Creativity is a series of summer shows celebrating the diverse, original and innovative creations of our final year students, and we are incredibly proud to highlight their creative talents across these events that take place on campus and beyond.

The University Dance Festival features original

choreography and energetic performances from our

creative and accomplished Dance students. The

performances showcase the students’ individual sense

of style and approach, and demonstrate the breadth of

creative approaches.Our collaboration with Curve continues to provide our students the exciting opportunity to work on major productions and perform in a professional environment.

Glorious Collisions is an opportunity for our Performing Arts students to come together, where the live and digital arts collide with glorious results.
