DETAILS TURNAROUND & DELIVERY

• 1-2 days for headshots • 3-7 days for part-day work • 7-14 days for full day work • Files are delivered electronically via wetransfer.com.

IMAGING SPECS • Images created on 30- or 50-megapixel Canon EOS cameras. • Clients can request full-resolution copies, but most projects are delivered

at 2400x3600px. See image rights and backup notes. • Videos are 1920x1080 at 24p or 30p unless otherwise requested. • Aerial images are 20MP.

IMAGE RIGHTS • Caffery Photo retains full usage rights unless otherwise agreed upon. • Client is granted usage rights for all matters pertaining to business

except 1) reselling any images and/or 2) printing larger than 18” on the longest side. Caffery Photo retains printing rights for larger than 18” on the longest side. Exceptions can be requested and accounted for in a contract.

PAYMENT NOTES • Most jobs will be invoiced at the time of service. Other arrangements

can be made.

BACKUP & RECOVERY • Caffery Photo does a reasonable job of backing up important data and

assuring photos are not lost. • Nothing is guaranteed. • After 12 months, requests for images, files, or artwork are subject to a

recovery fee.
