WELCOME TO THE GOLDEN EVENT It gives us immense pleasure to welcome you all to the flagship annual event of our zone. We feel privileged to be a part of the Golden Jubilee of this great organization. This Golden Jubilee event brings an opportunity to see all the stalwarts of the zone together on a single platform, sharing nostalgic memories of the golden era. Please do not miss the inauguration and the program following it, as we felicitate our past presidents.

The theme of the conference is “TRANSFORMING LIVES THROUGH MENTAL HEALTH”.

Day 1 has a feast of knowledge throughout the day, then- unwind and relax amidst the melodious tunes and dance vibes of “RAAS GARBA” in the evening followed by flavors from Gujarat. So come prepared with your traditional costumes … and authentic Garba dancing moves!

Day 2 starts at the Cricket Stadium at 7am, where 4 to 6 teams from different parts of Zone play to win West-Zone-Premier-League. Award orations are lined up on this day. Don’t miss the scientific papers and words of wisdom from our senior award winners.

This year we are encouraging maximum attendance in lectures by announcing 11 LUCKY PRIZES. So be around, lest you miss an attractive gift. Moms and little kids can enjoy and relax in our exclusive “MOM & KID ENTERTAINMENT ARENA”.

After GBM, please enjoy an enthralling dance and music performances by our own members during the “GALA DINNER”. We are fortunate to have a new edition of “TALENTS OF IPS” with us.

We are celebrating DR.V.N.BAGADIA AWARENESS ACTIVITIES in a big way. Two programs in auditorium are scheduled for general public and non-psychiatric doctors, on Friday & Sunday evening after conference sessions. Beside this, 18 Symposia of one and half hour duration each, are being arranged during three days in banquet hall for public.

Conference registration is mandatory for presenting paper/poster in CME, symposia or workshops.

Registration is mandatory for all delegates including children five years and above.

Photo ID is mandatory for all delegates to prevent proxy attendance and for security reasons to enter the conference area.

Please wear registration badge all the time in the conference area and co-operate with security-screening procedures. There will be extra security measures, as public awareness programs are being

arranged for all three days in different halls at the venue.

Entry for media, sponsors and accompanying persons may be restricted to certain areas at the venue during the scientific program. They are allowed in the Auditorium only during Inauguration and

Valedictory.

Registration, Delegate Bag, Gift and food Coupons are not transferable. Kindly cooperate by showing Photo ID card.
