Hospitality sponsorships are available for a one-time charge of $275. This fee does not include food, beverage or room costs. Sponsors may bring in their own refreshments.

Parlors with connecting bedrooms (adjacent to meeting rooms) are available for $200 per day payable to the hotel. A one-time bed removal fee of $85 will also apply. Arrangements must be made through MAC; Margaritaville Lake Resort will not accept reservations until approval is given by the Association.

This package includes Bronze level amenities.

Booth Ass ignments/Contractor• Booth assignments are based on Associate Member (MAC-AM) status, sponsorship level, application receipt date, location preference, type of display and number of spaces. You will be notified of your booth assignment in late October. Note that diagrammed booth locations are approximate and may be adjusted.

• Margaritaville Lake Resort will serve as the official service contractor for the expo. For questions relating to electrical needs, shipping, etc., call 573-348-8551. A vendor kit will be mailed upon booth confirmation.
