Objective:To centralize the monitoring, operation and management of aBuilding or Buildings. This is done to achieve more efficientBuilding Operation at reduced labour and energy cost and toprovide a safe and comfortable working environment forbuilding occupants.
Building Management System:
One primary function of a BMS is to collect, store andprocess historical data such as energy use and alarmactivity. Another function is to generate report as a toolfor long-term management and use of facility.
