Sourabh Agarwal, LEED AP BD+C, B. Tech (Civil)After completed his Engineering from CEPT, Sourabh started his carrier with Tata Communications (VSNL) where his primary responsibility was Infrastructure rollout for the Broadband network. His role encompassed right from preparing the master rollout plan with key financials to project execution and control at the HO level. Post that, Sourabh was deputed to a UK based consulting assignment, where he was responsible for preparing the blue print and process design for operations of Cable & Wireless. Along with TCL, Sourabh also has an experience of working with fortune 500 MNC consulting companies like Mercer and Aon, where he was a Project Manager for consulting projects. Before starting 5e, he was working with Future Group (Big Bazaar Fame) in their projects department responsible their expansion plans.
Sourabh is presently a partner in 5e consulting- a Project development consultancy firm, the major clientele is TATA group, JLL, Government of Gujarat, IL&FS, CEPT etc. His major interest is Project Management, Business planning and process management, Real estate etc.
Swapnil Anil, B. Tech (Civil), M. Tech (Planning)Swapnil is Post graduate housing Planner-Engineer with more than 5 years of experience. He has completed his graduation from SBST, CEPT and then worked with HDFC Ltd- India’s major financial institution. Further, After completion of M.Tech in Housing Planning, he joined Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj as an investment advisor. He has worked with top national level developers, PE funds, MNCs, banks and private investors in multiple assignments. Later, he was assigned to open up a branch office in Ahmedabad and set up JLL’s business for Gujarat market. Which he successfully implemented.
Swapnil is a presently partner in 5e consulting- a Project development consultancy firm, the major clientele is TATA group, JLL, Government of Gujarat, IL&FS, CEPT etc. His major interest is real estate investment advisory, agency services, Infrastructure consultancy and transaction management.
