particpate in the 5th European Clubs Championships which will be held in Antalya, Turkey, 06-09
February, 2017.
5th European Clubs Championships is granted as WTF G1 as well.
We guarantee high quality organization and competition –with the best international referees in order
to guarantee maximum transparecy, fair play & impartiality for the athletes.
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we would like to ensure that we will make every possible

3. METHOD OF COMPETITION Competition will be WTF Rules. Single elimination tournament
Qualifications:
Holder of Nationality of the participating country.
ATHLETES FROM ATHLETIC CLUBS MEMBERS OF WTF MEMBER NATIONAL FEDERATIONS
WTF Global License is mandatory for all age categories. 4. CONTEST TIME
i. Seniors: 2 minute x 3 rounds with 1 minute break ii. Juniors and Cadets: 1,30 minute x 3 rounds with 1 minute break
5. AGES SENIORS: An athlete must be born in 2000 and earlier (+17 years)
JUNIORS: Date of Birth (2000- 2002) CADETS: Date of Birth (2003,2004 & 2005) NOTE: Whoever eligible for Junior and Senior category because of the age has pick only one category for competition.
6. WEIGHT DIVISIONS Thursday Senior Male: -54, -58, -63, -68-74, -80, -87, +87. Senior Female: -46, -49, -53, -57,-62, -67, -73, +73. Junior Male: -45, -48, -51, -55, -59, -63, -68, -73, -78, +78. Junior Female: -42, -44, -46, -49, -52.,-55, -59, -63, -68, +68. Cadet Male: -33, -37, -41, -45, -49, -53, -57, -61, -65, +65. Cadet Female: -29, -33, -37, -41, -44, -47, -51, -55, -59, +59.

7. Protective Equipment & Uniform
The participants shall wear the WTF recognised Taekwondo Uniform. Daedo PSS and sensing Head gears will be use at this Tournament and will be provided by the OC. All athletes must bring their own Daedo sensor socks. Groin/Forearm/shin guards and Gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants. Head Gear only blue and red colour is permitted Mouth piece is compulsory!(Only white or transparent)
8. Applications: New WTF register system Changes of weight divisions after the deadline are allowed - Cost: 25€. DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: AT LATEST 27 JANUARY, 2017 Entries after deadline will not be accepted Entries will stop when we reach 1500 players. IMPORTANT: If the athlete registered on-line does not take part in the competition for some reason, but he/she has not been removed from the list of participants before the deadline(27th JANUARY, 2017) his/her team officially must fully(%100) pay his/her entry fee for participation.
9. Referees: Only International Referees will be accepted. An official invitation for the referees will sent to all Federations. Referee meeting at 19:00, Sunday 5th February at Maritim Resort Hotel, the Official hotel for the Referees.
10. Entry Fee: € 80.00(Euro) for each Contestant
The Entry Fees must be paid in EURO’S and please have in mind that it is your responsibility to arrange any additional payment on currency or bank charges. If there are any additional charges on the account of the European Taekwondo Union then it should be paid by cash during the registration. All payments must be done by the team (individual payments are not allowed). 11. Entry Fees must be paid before the deadline (27 JANUARY, 2017)
Note: Reservation and Registrations are only valid when payment have been received and confirmed by the bank and the organizer.
Incomplete application forms or applications without entry fees are invalid and will be sent back.
Applications and payments shall be sent at the same time. Receipt of entry fees, hotel accommodations and applications shall be sent by e-mail.
Payment must be done per team or club
Hotel reservations that are cancelled after January 13st, will be fined %50 of the total hotel reservation cost.
Hotel reservations that are cancelled after January 27th, will be fined %100 of the total hotel reservation cost.
DAEDO Electronic Body Protectors and sensoring head gears will be provided by the OC, for all the competitors.
Only WTF approved equipment will be allowed to use in this tournament (even dobok etc.)
groin/forearm/shin guards and gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants.
Mouth piece is compulsory ! (White or transparent)
All the players must bring their own full equipment except body protector.
Only competitors and coaches have admittance to the field of play.
Coaching is only allowed in sportswear.
All coaches must be 18 years or older.
All coaches must have ETU Coach Licence.(Who ever has no ETU coach licence they have to pay 200,00 € for PENALTY FEE.)
First Aid will be provided by the organization and is only to be used in case of an Emergency

12. Insurance:
The organisation and supervisor assume no responsibility for teams, any damages, violence, loses and injures during the stay in Turkey.
All contestants must bring their own documents and forms for any medical treatment in Turkey. If not, this will have to be paid cash.
13. CLASSIFICATION OF RESULTS
i. Individual Awards Medals will be awarded to the top four athletes in the respective classifications and weight divisions of the pertinent
championships:
1st PLACE: GOLD MEDAL & CERTIFICATE
2nd PLACE: SILVER MEDAL & CERTIFICATE
3rd PLACE: BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE
3rd PLACE: BRONZE MEDAL & CERTIFICATE
ii. TEAM AWARDS
Cups will be awarded to the top five European clubs ( Club ranking classification will be among only European
Clubs)
iii. European Club ranking method: Ranking will be done by Olympic system.
In case of draw, next ranking criteria;
a- more match winning team
b- more points collecting team
c- less kyong-go collecting team
14. HEAD OF TEAM MEETING & DRAWING OF LOTS SESSION i. The head of team meeting and the drawing of lots session shall be conducted on Sunday 05/02/2017 , in the
presence of OC the representatives of the participating Clubs- Teams. 15. WEIGH-IN
i. Weigh-in of the contestants shall be completed one day before their scheduled competition day. ii. During the weigh-in, male contestants shall wear underpants and female contestants shall wear underpants and
brassieres. However, contestants may weigh-in in the nude if they want to do so. 16. INDEMNITIES
i. The respective club shall be responsible for ensuring that their participants have validly completed and signed the official participation forms, thus indemnifying the organizers, its officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatalities or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this tournament or any activities thereto.
ii. The respective club shall be responsible for ensuring that all officials and participants are covered with effective insurance coverage.
iii. Participants without proper participation entry forms and effective insurance coverage will not be allowed to compete at the championships.
iv. The Organizing Committee will acquire general insurance, at its own expenses, for all participants of the tournament, including but not limited to contestants and staffs, in the event of any injury and/or damages that may arise during the course of the championships.
