Slack is great for collective actions• Great for feedbacks• Not adapted for individual experience like learning • Use cases:• Notification • Game/Leaderboard• Praise coworkers • Polls
My take on bots• Use Cases are limited yet• Makes sense and work for CUSTOMER CARE• We’re still very early days in the market! Even though
competition is fierce. • Bots with AI: better! But need DATA & the right
team/skillset• It’s been fun
