Let´s face itOur education systems, way of life and business world are not geared toward questions.

And we often address topics superficiallyby asking questions which test and reward knowledge (closed questions) rather than stimulating inquisitiveness (applying open questions).

The WHY ?Question

It encourages you to step back and think about the deeper purpose, vision and the need for change. Restless and successful companies, often start-ups, are true Why Question Masters.

It is about overcoming resistance, either your own or from others who challenge your thinking and ideas.

Sadly, asking the right questions is not taught in schools.

But, using questions in your daily life (asking the right questions to overcome fear of failure, to bring changes to your life, or to help you uncover what you really want to do) is very powerful and assists in triggering improvements and innovations.
