health professionals when needed, hygiene, wearing protective gear, and getting enough sleep
– Mental/emotional health including interpreting feelings, thoughts, and emotions and learning how to achieve healthy thinking
– Social health including how to relate to people at home, school, and everywhere in the world.

Grading
• Typically, there will be no homework unless student was absent or has not used class time wisely
• Tests, classwork including worksheets and short essays, and group projects
• Participation in light exercise such as a brief walk around campus to encourage movement throughout the day
