Coronado Canyons: The 90,000 square feet behind the Subject Building was sold at auction during the downturn. It sat virtually unaltered until January 2019 when it
was purchased by Nigro Development. They repainted the buildings, refurbished the parking lot and are developing commercial condos. Many have already been sold
