For Telecommunication specialization, a zero visit may be requested after establishing essential facilities and hiring of relevant faculty. should be in Electrical Engineering without mentioning of any stream/specialization on the degree. Information about streams/ specializations may be reflected by the specialized courses mentioned in the transcripts.

b. The students' intake should be restricted to 120 students (3 sections) once a year in BEE program with no further intakes in BE (EE) and BICSE programs.

c. The student-teacher ratio should be brought within PEC prescribed limits by engaging existing faculty and hiring additional faculty, if necessary, for undergraduate teaching.

d. The comments given in the report for BE(EE) and BICSE programs are applicable to BEE program also. In fact, BE(EE) program is administered by the Department of Electrical Engineering. Hence, the Department of Electrical Engineering should be addressed all deficiencies mentioned in the report.

e. In addition, the elective courses for each stream of Electrical Engineering should be identified separately. It would be helpful if the elective courses for each stream are further classified into breadth and depth courses.

f. Rectification of deficiencies and changes identified in the report should be verified through a confirmatory visit within six months.
