Tasting Notes: Bright red with intense reflections in colour, Vespero has aromas of fruits and vanilla with floral and intense hints of wild violet. It is well structured with a soft fruit taste and a persistent finish with hints of dried plum and cocoa.
Food Pairing Notes: Well suited to rich dishes as red meats, rich soups, game dishes or any kind of tasteful course. It is nice to taste young even if it ages well. Uncork two hours before serving to have the best tasting experience. Serve at: 18-20°C.
