1. Both large and medium fans are die-cut using the same die. For a medium fan, align the edge of the paper with the edge of the solid portion of the die.

3. Die-cut the fans out of desired material. Large fans require a minimum of nine sections, medium fans require five sections and small fans require a minimum of three sections.

5. Once all the sections are connected, accordion fold the entire length. 6. Adhere the beginning edge to the final edge to create a cylinder.

2. Large fans are die-cut by using the entire die.

4. Apply adhesive to the edge of each section. Overlap and adhere them to each other.

7. With the decorative edge facing down, gather up the cylinder and slowly push it into the working surface. The finished edge will spread out to form the fan. Apply hot glue to the center of the fan.

8. Embellish as desired.
