PERFORMANCE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Junction City will hold a pub-lic hearing on May 21, 2019 at 7 p.m. in the City Commission Meeting Room located at 701 N. Jefferson, Junction City, Kansas for the purpose of evaluating the performance of Grant Agree-ment Number 18-PF-022. The CDBG application proposed was for the removal of old playground equipment; purchase and instal-lation of new playground equip-ment including a large play struc-ture a smaller play structure, a zip line and miscellaneous smaller play items. Junction City provided volunteer labor for the removal and installation of all the equipment. This project was completed as proposed. The project was funded, all or in part, from the Kansas Depart-ment of Commerce, Small Cities Community Development Block Grant funds. All aspects of the grant will be discussed and oral and written comments will be recorded and become a part of the City of Junction City’s CDBG Citizen Participation Plan. Reasonable accommodations are available for persons need-ing assistance. Requests for accommodations should be sub-mitted to Tammy Melton, City Clerk, by Monday, May 20, 2019.
