approval of the Government conveyed vide letter No. Health-A-B(2)-8/2015 dated 01-08-2015, No. HFW-B(F)4-8/2014-loose dated 22-

04-2016 and No. HFW-B(F)4-13/2015-1 dated 16-09-2016 for filling up of vacant post of Staff Nurses in the Health & Family Welfare

Department. The following selected candidates are hereby allocated for further appointment as Staff Nurses on contract basis under

AS UNDER:--THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONTRACTUAL APPOINTMENT THROUGH ROGI KALYAN SAMITI ARE

1. The period for contractual appointment is three years under Rogi kalyan Samities and contract shall stands terminatedautomatically on the completion of contractual period. However, the services may be continued beyond three years, if required.

The contractual employees shall be paid consolidated contractual remuneration of ~13,500/-(Rs. Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred)only per month i.e. minimum of the Pay Band plus Grade Pay and no other allowances shall be admissible there upon.The contractual appointment shall not confer any right for further continuation or regularization of services.The contractual employee will not be entitled to claim any benefits for previous contractual services rendered with the Department.The contractual employee can be deployed /transferred anywhere in the health institution which falls under the jurisdiction of theChairman, in relation to the job assigned to him/her.24 days Casual Leave would also be allowed to the contractual employee during the calendar year.The contractual employees may leave the contract by giving one month notice or depositing one mo,nth remuneration.The Rogi Kalyan Samities shall also have right to dispense with services by giving one months notice or paying one monthremuneration.In case the contractual employee remains absent from the duties, the remuneration for the said period shall be deducted.The female contractual employee shall be entitled for maternity benefits as per the provision of maternity benefits act 1961.The contractual employee will be eligible for the allotment of departmental accommodation where available on the payment ofprescribed license fee.TNDA for official work. would be admissible to the contractual appointee as applicable to the post at the minimum of the paystructure.The contractual employee shall be liable to be terminated by the Chairman of the RKS without giving any notice if the contractualemployee prima facie guilty of any in subordination, moral turpitude or other misconduct or of any breach of non performance ofhis/her duties.That the contractual employee shall have to submit bond amounting to ~ 4,000/-(Rs. Four thousand)only duly attested by thecompetent authority at the time of joining to the authority concerned on the stamp paper of' 5/-

DOCUMENTS/CERTIFICATES REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF JOINING

a) The contractual employee shall produce medical fitness certificate issued by the concerned Chief Medical Officer.b) The appointee shall have to produce the original certificates of educational and technical qualification at the time of his/her joining

duties.c) Certificate of age along with a copy of Matriculation Certificates issued by the Board of School Education.d) Character Certificate from a Magistrate or Gazetted Officer to whom the candidate may be known for the last three years.e) Certificate of Bonafide resident of Himachal Pradesh.n Certificate of registration from the NurSing Council of the concerned State.g) Certificate of SC/ST/OBC, if any.h) Bond/Agreement (copy of specimen of Agreement is enclosed).i) A copy of Non-employment certificate be obtained from the applicant.

You are, therefore, requested that necessary appointment orders may be issued to the abovementioned canofdates through Rogi Kalyan Samities after completing all codal formalities with the directions that the concernedcandidates should join their duties within a fortri9ht positively, failing which the offer of appointment as Staff Nurse shall stand withdrawnwithout giving any further opportunity. Their joining report may be accepted after verifying the above documents and if any,discrepancy is found, may be brought into the notice of the undersigned immediately.
