of the people that gives birth to a slightly untamed expression

and nourishes creation in arts and literature.

The wonderful indolent South in a cultural exchange...

A discourse between the south parts of three countries,

this October, at the Lindian Village hotel in South Rhodes.

A culinary journey by the Greek chef thanos Feskos,

Assistant Head Chef for a year now at the 3* Michelin Geranium

Restaurant, one of the most important restaurants in the world!

Through his dinner, we will present the tradition, culture and

evolution of South Rhodes in a unique gastronomic story!

From the atmospheric Lindos to Kiotari and the romantic

settlement of Asklipios and, further, to the pristine beaches

at the southern localities of the island.

A culinary journey with the Italian Chef Alessandra russo,

Research & Development Chef at the Simon Rogan group

of restaurants, as well as at the new Αulis restaurant in London,

a member to the same group.

Walking along the fragrant gardens of Lindian Village, Alessandra will

prepare a menu that combines the scents and flavours of South Italy!

Sea saltiness from the coasts of Capri and Amalfi and mythical notes

from the lost Pompeii in the dish.

A culinary journey with the French Chef paul Burgalières,

Head Chef of the 2-Michelin-star “L’enclume”, one of

the most important restaurants in Great Britain.

For Paul, the memories of food are much more sensitive

than other memories, as they involve all five senses...

In his menu, he will steal memories from the eternally cosmopolitan

French South of Cannes and Saint-Tropez to blend them

with the mainland of Avignon and the buzz of Marseilles.

The Michelin star decorated Chef Tasos Mantis & the F&B SpecialistTasos Pediaditis are curators of the culinary events.

The degustation menus are attended by our guests chefs Thanos Feskos (South Rhodes), Allesandra Rousso (South Italy), Paul Burgalieres (South France). The small tours in the South of Rhodes, Italy and France, as well as the cooking workshops, are attended by

the hotel chef Giorgos Palaiologos with his team.

The artistic events are held under the #Rest@rt Contemporary Art Platform, curated by the Sculptor Kelly Athanasiadou.
