Learning Objectives At the end of this course, the learner will be able to:• Identify the clinical significance of the ImPACT test modules
and data.• Identify the importance of a multidisciplinary team and apply a
best practices approach to clinical implementation.• Create assessment strategies to manage a concussion.• Determine treatment pathways based on the clinical interview,
assessment tools, and neurocognitive testing.

If you provide notice toImPACT fewer than three (3) calendar days in advance of theworkshop, you may reschedule to participate in another event ofequal or lesser value or substitute someone in your place, but youcannot receive a refund. All cancellations and refund requests mustbe submitted by the purchaser to lmPACT Applications, Inc. and
emailed to [email protected].
Completion Policy It is the responsibility of the learner to claim only those hoursactually participated, rounded to the nearest quarter-hour.Attendees will be required to sign-in and sign-out of the program.

Athletic Trainers ImPACT Applications, Inc. is recognized by the Board of Certification,Inc. to offer continuing education for Certified Athletic Trainers. Thisprogram has been approved for a maximum 6 hours of Category Acontinuing education. Certified Athletic Trainers are responsible forclaiming only those hours actually spent participating in thecontinuing education activity.
Physical Therapists At this time ImPACT is not able to offer pre-approved continuingeducation credits to physical therapists for this course. You willreceive a certificate of attendance for each of our courses withcontact hours listed. Review your state laws to determine if thistraining can be applied toward continuing education withoutpre-approval.
Physicians At this time, ImPACT is not able to offer AMA PRA Category 1Credits. You will receive a certificate of attendance for each of ourcourses with contact hours listed. Review your local, state, and
