o the town center. next to the pokemon center there is a pokemart worker, talk to him and he will give you a potion. you have two options; head to the east or head north. the east is blocked off by a guy studding footprints. this time dark lugia should be a bit harder to beat, his dark beam is still devastating, that is the only attack you have to worry about right now. his shadow ball attack doesn't do much damage at the time. after you beat him dark lugia will start to grow weak, he will rampage towards blitz and take him away. the pokemon rangers will arrest diark and the ranger will reward you with some rare candies. you will then end up back in borora town. __________________________________
