Reviewed Treasurer’s Report for 2018. Reviewed the 5-year budget forecastand made recommendations to ensurethe general fund reserves. Evaluated and discussed the annualaudit and made recommendation forcash management. Discussed the New Strategic Planpresented at the Assembly meeting andnoted some budgetary and monetaryconcerns requiring modifications to thebudget. Reviewed complimentary registrationsat Congress and recommended thatthese should be decided at thediscretion of the President. Recommended changes to the FACTerms of Reference.
Overview ofactivities in 2019
Committee meeting to be held prior to theWSAVA Assembly in Poland in September2020. Will plan a teleconference call post annualaudit (April-May 2020). Review financial reports and budget fromthe Treasurer on quarterly basis. Investigation a cash management policydocument for WSAVA.
