The purpose of this Ordi-nance is to proceed with improving North Park Lane in accor-dance with the provisions of Resolution of Necessity, adoptedMay 20, 2014, authorizing and directing the Village Admin-istrator to contract for the improvements and declaring anemergency. All provisions of this Ordinance go into full forceand effect immediately.

Ordinance No. 09-2014: AN ORDINANCE DETERMIN-ING TO PROCEED WITH THE IMPROVEMENT OF SOUTHELM STREET BY REPAVING PORTIONS OF SOUTH ELMSTREET, IN ACCORDANCE WITH PLANS AND SPECIFICA-

 TIONS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The purpose ofthis Ordinance is to proceed with improving South Elm Streetin accordance with the provisions of Resolution of Necessity,adopted May 20, 2014, authorizing and directing the VillageAdministrator to contract for the improvements and declar-ing an emergency.  TIONS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The purposeof this Ordinance is to proceed with improving TanglewoodLane in accordance with the provisions of Resolution of Ne-cessity, adopted May 20, 2014, authorizing and directing theVillage Administrator to contract for the improvements anddeclaring an emergency. All provisions of this Ordinance gointo full force and effect immediately.

Resolution No. 11-2014: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZ-

ING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO PREPARE ANDSUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OHIOPUBLIC WORKS COMMISSION STATE CAPITAL IMPROVE-MENT AND/OR LOCAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTPROGRAM(S) AND TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS AS RE-QUIRED. The purpose of this Resolution is to authorize theVillage Administrator to apply to the OPWC for funding of theproposed First Street Improvement Project and execute anyagreements as required. All provisions of this Resolution gointo full force and effect at the earliest time permitted by law.
