WHICH TYRE PRESSURE IS CORRECT? High pressure is Ideal: For Pick and Carry For Safety lifting on Site Safely Carrying Heavy Loads Best Fuel Economy Medium Pressure is Ideal: For Highway Travel For Driver Comfort For Safely Around Town Low Pressure is Ideal: For Bull Dust & Mud For Rough Roads For Stony & Gravel Tracks

Answer: They all are.

No single pressure is correct for all conditions, speeds, or loads.

With Excessive tyre pressure the tyre sits on top of the road, has a very small footprint, is rough to ride on, has poor traction and wears faster. With Low tyre pressure the tyre has a big footprint, is very smooth to ride on, has great traction, but suffers heat build up at speed, and poor high speed handling. The Correct tyre pressure is ideal, minimizing heat build up, providing good traction, handling and ride, with great tyre life. The Controller is compact and easy to use. Tyre Pressure is adjusted by the Driver in the cabin, Dial up the required Pressure. Also warning light and beeper to alert Driver to air loss in tyres.

OPTIMIZE TYRE OPERATION

Tyres are a major Transport Expense. Reduce Tyre Costs by Running the correct Pressure at all times. Most Trucks will save one Tyre in three while Improving Safety.

Benefits of AIR CTI: Auto Defaults to High Pressure GPS Low Pressure Speed Override (optional) Improves Traction Improves Truck Handling Improves Tyre Life by 30 -100% Lowers Tyre Costs by 30 – 80% Reduces Tyre Drag Reduces Blowouts by 99% Reduces Roadside Tyre Problems by 99% Reduces Uneven wear by up to 90% Reduces Tyre Damage by 66% Reduces Fuel Consumption Reduces Stopping Distances Improves Ride and Handling Improves Stability Reduces Suspension Wear & Tear Reduces Drive Train Wear & Tear Reduces Down Time Reduces Road Damage Reduces Carbon Footprint

WORK SMARTER—NOT HARDER

AIR CTI has a Central Tyre Inflation System to suit your needs with Single, Tandem, Tri, Drive and Steer Systems available, along with Trailer, Coach, 4WD, 4x4 and 6x6 Systems. AND unique Maximum High and Minimum Low pressures can be programmed to suit your needs. The system can be custom designed for your vehicle and your job. Talk to Chet or Andrew about which system would suit your job requirements.
