 (RES).    Max  has  been  actively  practicing  law  since  1976.  He  has  served  in  various  capacities  in  the  State  Bar  of  Montana,  is  a  Past-­‐President  and  remains  an  active  www.yellowstonefoundation.org  Kurt  is  Executive  Vice  President  and  General  Counsel  for  the  Yellowstone  Boys  and  Girls  Ranch  Foundation.    With  the  support  of  the  Montana  and  Wyoming  farm  and  ranch  community,  the  Ranch  has  been  helping  troubled  kids  since  1957.    Yellowstone  Foundation  provides  its  agricultural  supporters  a  full  range  of  charitable  estate  and  tax  planning  assistance  and  opportunities.  A  Montana  native,  Kurt  graduated  High  School  in  Miles  City  in  1985.    He  got  his  B.S.  in  Business  from  the  University  of  Colorado  and  his  law  degree  cum  laude  from  Harvard.    In  1992,  Kurt  returned  to  Montana  and  clerked  for  U.S.  District  Judge,  Charles  Lovell,  in  Helena.    In  1994,  he  joined  the  Crowley  Law  Firm  in  Billings  eventually  becoming  a  partner.    His  practice  emphasized  estate  and  charitable  planning,  nonprofits  and  tax.    In  2001,  he  was  appointed  Director  of  the  Montana  Department  of  Revenue  by  Governor  Judy  Martz.    After  serving  as  Director,  Kurt  became  a  prosecutor  at  the  U.S.  Attorney’s  Office  in  Billings,  eventually  becoming  First  Assistant.    At  the  U.S.  Attorney’s  Office,  he  prosecuted  white  collar  crime,  including  criminal  tax  cases.    In  2010,  Kurt  joined  Yellowstone  Foundation.  He  is  also  a  Certified  Public  Accountant,  although  not  currently  licensed.    Tom  Stusek:    Stusek  Law  Firm  Tom  Stusek  offers  his  clientele  a  full  range  of  legal  services,  with  particular  emphasis  on  the  areas  of  individual  and  farm/ranch  estate  planning,  corporate  and  partnership  law,  federal  and  state  taxation,  probate  and  trust  administration  and  real  estate.    He  has  30  years  of  experience  in  these   areas.     Prior   to   entering  private  practice,   Tom  was   a   hearings   examiner   of  in  southeastern  Idaho  where  he  graduated  from  Rigby  High  School.  He  attended  Ricks  College  and  Brigham  Young  University  where  he  graduated  with  bachelors  and  masters  degrees  in  accounting  with  an  emphasis  in  information  systems  consulting.      In  January  of  1992,  John  started  working  with  Rudd  &  Company  and  in  December  of  1998  John  moved  to  Bozeman  and  helped  establish  the  Bozeman  office  of  Rudd  &  Company.  In  2003  John  became  a  Partner  and  is  currently  serving  on  Rudd  &  Company's  executive  committee  and  is  the  partner  in  charge  of  the  Bozeman  office.  He  is  currently  a  member  of  the  American  Institute  of  CPAs.    John  especially  enjoys  the  association  with  clients.  The  majority
