DirectionsHilton East Midlands Airport is situated off junction 24 of the M1.
Exit at Junction 24 and follow the signs for the A50 Stoke/Derby the hotel is situated on the opposite sideof the dual carriageway. A slip road on your right enables you to cross the dual carriage way to the hotelentrance.
Booking Terms and Conditions
1. All provisional bookings must be confirmed within 7 days
of booking along with a non-refundable deposit of £15.00
per person (£50.00 per person for NYE Gala Event) .
2. Any bookings not confirmed with the required deposit
after 7 days will be released without further notification.
3. Outstanding Payment due Wed 31st October 2018
4. We regret that should your party size decrease in
numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset
against food, beverage or accommodation.
5. In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the
Event, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date or
location will be offered (at the hotel’s discretion), without
any further liability to the hotel or Hilton.
6. Final Menu Choices (if applicable) are required no later
than 14 days prior to the event date, along with any specific
dietary requirements.
