CDA was formed over 100 years ago and is one of the largest and oldest organizations of Catholic women in the Americas. We donate to charities, administer scholarship programs and strive "to be helping hands where there is pain, poverty, sorrow or sickness." Meetings for Court #1162 take place every second Saturday of the month at Nativity of Our Lady Parish Hall in San Luis Obispo. The next meeting will take place on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at 10:00AM. • Mass of Mercy & Healing—Come and ask God for his help, as a community and with the rituals available to us from the Church, ancient and new. We will begin by praying the Chaplet of Divine Mercy in song, led by a cantor and the melody of piano. With this prayer we express to God our faith and humbly call upon his mercy. A erward we par cipate in the Mass. We offer the Mass for the inten ons of people that we write down before the service begins. Finally, we receive the official Blessing of the Sick with the laying on of hands by the clergy. Together let us turn to God for all the suffering of the whole world.
