JOINT MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF CONSENT DECREE

Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 7(b)(1) and 65(d), Plaintiff the

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Defendant Lakelan
