Katy Haygreen started out in a Flight Centre Retail store in central London almost 10 years ago before moving to the U.S. to open the first Worldwide Traveler team in California. The last three years have been a rollercoaster of new experiences. She’s gone diving with great white sharks in South Africa and taken helicopter trips to snowy mountain tops in New Zealand. Her specialties are the South Pacific, Australia, New Zealand, Indian Ocean, and the Middle East, and she feels there is not a more exciting place in FCUSA to work than Worldwide Traveler.
Gabriel Medina, born and raised in the Los Angeles area, has been working for Worldwide Traveler for almost two years. The best part of his day is switching from one destination to another, helping travel agents to plan amazing experiences for their clients. He has traveled more than three continents and 12 countries, and does not plan to stop there. He likes to think of himself as an Anthony Bourdain-type of traveler and is much more interested in the experience than just the destination itself! His specialties are Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
Alan Flynn was born and raised in New Jersey but studied Hospitality and Tourism Management for five years in a boutique style hotel before joining Worldwide Traveler. He’s traveled internationally to the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and Fiji and hopes to use his experience and knowledge to help sell the world. He still has a few places on his bucket list such as Dubai, Ireland, and the Maldives and wants to check them off soon.

Mina Tawfik has been part of the tourism field for more than 15 years. He has visited many regions throughout the world, including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He speaks three languages—Arabic, Italian and English—and is able to create amazing travel experience for customers. He loves to book honeymoons in Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific, and the Indian Ocean.

Joyce Sargo has specialized in wholesale and retail sales for Flight Centre for over 12 years. In her first year with Worldwide Traveler, she received the company’s “Top Novice” award and achieved top sales as a newcomer. She has extensive product knowledge for long-haul destinations in the South Pacific, Indian Ocean, Australia, Asia, South America, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Sargo is a Jersey girl and single mom, and has enjoyed becoming an authentic whiskey taster in Ireland; attending a Mass at Fatima, Portugal; drinking vino and eating pasta at a piazza in Roma; and doing a yoga retreat in Bali. She hopes to pass the wanderlust gene on to her son, Austyn, as they continue their spontaneous worldwide adventures together.
