In 2008, we launched Lincoln Chrome, our own brand of heavy-duty aftermarket truck products.

We have highly engineered electronic process controls on all of our plating lines and we have our own world-class laboratory for research and development to ensure customer satisfaction. There is no one else in the industry that can come close to offering the same level of corrosion resistance or meet our cosmetic requirements.

ORDERING ONLINE

If you are an authorized distributor of Lincoln Chrome, you may go to www .lincolnchrome .com and enter your order via our secure website . These orders are automatically uploaded into our computer system several times a day . Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation .

CHANGING AN ORDER

If you need to change your order, contact Customer Service . Please have the order number ready . Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it .

EMAIL, FAX AND PHONE ORDERS

Online ordering is preferred, but authorized dealers may place orders via email, fax, or phone . To increase accuracy, all phone orders must be followed up by and email or fax with PO number to be considered valid . Email and Fax orders will not be considered valid until order confirmation is received . You can email orders to info@lincolnchrome .com or fax them to 402-475-3674 . Before calling, please have the part number(s) and purchase order number ready .

FREIGHT, HANDLING, TAXES, DUTIES AND INSURANCE

Prices do not include taxes, customs and duties, or insurance, all of which shall be paid by the customer . Insuring of the product is the responsibility of the customer .

SHIPPING METHODS

For orders shipped to a U .S . destination (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) of $1500 .00 or more before taxes, freight will be prepaid by Lincoln Chrome unless otherwise requested Orders shipped by Lincoln Chrome are FOB destination .

For orders shipped to a U .S . destination of $1499 .99 or less before taxes, orders will be shipped by a carrier deter-mined by Lincoln Chrome . Cost for all orders less than $1499 .99 will be paid by the customer . Orders for products in stock will generally ship within 72 hours of order confirmation . Emergency orders can be placed until 12:00 PM central time and all attempts will be made to ship same day if in stock; although Lincoln Chrome cannot guarantee an emergency order will ship the same day ordered . An expediting charge may be applied for emergency orders . Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lincoln Chrome may deliver products ordered in installments . Any delivery or anticipated shipment dates are estimates only . Lincoln Chrome shall not be liable for, and expressly disclaims any liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense associated in any way with any failure to delivery in accordance with any specific delivery schedule or shipment date . Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, all shipments are subject to product availability . Products that are out of stock may not be available for immediate shipment . Further, Lincoln Chrome specifically reserves the right to curtail or cease to manufacture and/or sell any product at any time without liability or prior notice .

TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to carrier at Lincoln Chrome’s facilities .

RETURNS

All exchanges and returns require a Return Materials Authorization number which can be obtained by contacting Customer Service . All returned products must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging . Product and packaging cannot be damaged or marked . Returns will be authorized for standard stocking items purchased within 90 days of the return request . Return requests for non-standard products, products purchased more than 90 days prior to the return request and items classified as obsolete, slow moving or non-stocking will be reviewed to determine demand and Lincoln Chrome may either grant or deny a return authorization for such items in its sole discretion . All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge . Return shipping charges must be paid by customer . Items returned without prior approval will be refused . Lincoln Chrome reserves the right to deny any return based on any criteria it may determine to be appropriate . After authorization of the return and receipt, inspection and acceptance of the products, credit, net the applicable restocking charge, will be issued at the current sale price or the sale price paid at the time of purchase, whichever is less .

LIMITED WARRANTY

Lincoln Chrome warrants that products sold by Lincoln Chrome shall be free from defects in material and workman-ship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase . During said one (1) year pe-riod, Lincoln Chrome will repair or replace any goods which are defective and which are returned to Lincoln Chrome with transportation charges prepaid . Product needs to be installed by a qualified professional . EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, LINCOLN CHROME EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRE-SENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO QUALITY, CONDITION OR MARKETABLITY OF THE PRODUCTS, SPECIFICALLY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY ARISING UNDER ANY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CASE LAW, COMMERCIAL USAGE, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, OR ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED .

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CUSTOMER’S SOLE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIMS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROD-UCTS PURCHASED FROM LINCOLN CHROME IS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT UNDER THE RETURN POLICY SET FORTH ABOVE . UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, SHALL LINCOLN CHROME BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAM-AGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, DEFECT OR LOSS OF USE OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF LINCOLN CHROME OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES . IF ANY LAW OR COURT FIND THIS LITIGATION OR LIABLITY OR ANY PART OF IT UNENFORCEABLE, CUSTOMER’S SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT .
