Quality Criteria

• Not used in quality criteria now: HV in air : correlated to the 90Sr numbers HV training : correlated to the 90Sr numbers Wire Tension: OK.

• Ignore modules 5012 and 0… Consider only modules 1-60

Number of bad wires from 90Sr scan.

Define bad: Low response: <15% on average

• Typically disconnected due to tripping HV supply High response: >15% on average

• Typically noisy High response: >100% at any place on the wire

• Spikes• Self-sustained currents• Missing wire locators

Summary

• Production: Only minor changes in production

process Satisfactory production speed

• Wire quality very good now• Gas tightness OK, with occasional leaky exceptions• 17 bad channels in best 90% of the modules = 1.2 ‰

• 11 bad channels in best 85% of the modules = 0.8 ‰
