Go to http://xpressnet.xcelenergy.comClick on the “United Way Tile” in the left-hand corner to access the giving portal

Go to www.Cybergrants.com/XcelEnergy/GivingTo log in here as a first-time user select “Create Your Password”Create an account with your employee ID and password. If you need your employee ID, then call the Campaign Hotline (612-330-6200) or email UnitedWay1@XcelEnergy.com.

You can access the Xcel Energy Foundation’s Online Giving Portal in two easy ways:

1.) Use the XpressNet Homepage

2.) Any Internet or Mobile Device

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the year you would like to view

Once in the Online Giving Portal:

Thank you for participating in the Xcel Energy United Way Campaign. Our United Way (UW) Campaign helps build the future in ourcommunities. It’s easy to give to the causes you care about. You can direct your pledge to your local United Way chapter or any

501c3 of your choice. Xcel Energy Foundation will match all employee and contractor donations dollar for dollar. Retiree pledges arematched .50 per dollar. All matches go to local United Way chapters within our service areas.

Donate to an organization you’ve supported in the past by selecting it from yourcustomized “My Organizations" list - OR-Donate to a new organization by using the “Organization Search." If anorganization is not listed you can nominate it by entering the organization andEIN number. Visit www.guidestar.com to look up EINs.

Choose your Pledge OptionLeadership Pledges: $1,000+Other Amount: You will select your donation amount (i.e., $50, $250, $500)Note: Fairshare Pledges are not available for one-time payroll deductions

Enter your Total Deduction AmountThis is the total donation you would like to donate which can be designatedto one organization, or multiple organizations as a next stepIf you selected a Leadership Level Pledge, then this field is prepopulated

Enter donation amount per organization under “Organization Details” and click “+Add." If selecting more than one organization, select each organization individually and enter the donation per organization. After adding pledge details, you will return to search and select your next organization. The window will close and return to search for your next organization. Repeat to include up to five different organizations.Select "Checkout" to save and proceed. If the "Checkout" button is not active, you have not yet met the minimum donation amount you selected

Enter your UW chapter for the match, and select privacy and prize preferences

Click “I Agree”Click "Proceed to Review”

One-Time Payroll DeductionPayroll deduction is an easy way to donate regularly to your nonprofit of choice. If you select a one-time payroll (or pension) deduction,

your donation will be made in January of 2021 with the Xcel Energy Foundation match to United Way will be processed in January.

Review your gift information

If you need to edit the donation, then select “Make a Change” at the bottom ofthe screen. Make your edits then click "Save and Proceed."If accurate, then click “Submit” and your UW Pledge is completeYour donation will be deducted from your first paycheck in January. The XcelEnergy Foundation match will be automatically processed in January as well.

A "Submission Successful" page will confirm your donation, and provide you with a Gift ID reference number. You will automatically be issued an email confirmation.Corporate Giving will review your submission for the United Way Campaign to determine eligibility for a campaign match.You will be notified via email of eligibility, and the matching gift processing to United Way. You can check the status of your matching gift at any point through the Employee Giving Portal.

Our employees, retirees and contractors have the option to donate outside of the online giving portal, and make their donation to a UnitedWay or 501c3 of choice. To do that, please contact your charity of choice directly to make your donation via check, cash, credit card or

stock option. Once your donation is processed, please log your donation in the Xcel online giving portal to allow Xcel Energy Foundationto process a match to your local United Way (UW), and record your participation in the campaign. Thank you for your generosity!
