iCitizeniCitizen aims to increase the positivity in a society. Once you’ve installed the app, you’ll receive a task daily which is beneficial to those around you. It is scientifically proven, and additionally published in documents such as Shawn Achor’s “The Happy Secret to Better Work”, that helping others and making them feel better is a major endorphin release trigger. Therefore, we have come up with a fantastic brand new app that has multiple exciting features! The main concept of the app is good deeds. Everyday, you get a task for the day such as picking up litter for 5 minutes or paying for someone’s coffee!

Further features include:

• a Facebook and Twitter share compatibility

• a map of your local area where markers pop up where people require good deeds. The people

requiring help will usually be old people as they are not as capable of completing everyday

tasks as they used to be

• a skip button so you could switch your task in case of a difficulty

In this situation people do not know how to act in a friendly an caring way which leads to them pushing away potential

friends.

Can people make more friends when they are acting friendlier

to everyone else?

Page 5: 9.3 Group 6

We are attempting to combat the issue that many people in

the world cannot function properly in society.

Page 6: 9.3 Group 6

This is a genuine problem for many people, especially the unlucky people who have autism which stops them interpreting face gestures

and body language correctly. In this situation people do not know how to act in a friendly an caring way which leads to them pushing away

potential friends.

This app aims to encourage helpful and overall nice behaviour in people as well as rewarding them. It will help

people who have trouble fitting into society like people with autism. It will hopefully draw advertisements so we can reward people who have earned enough points on their

device with free apps. You get a task a day and the more you complete in a row the more points you pile up. When you

reach a certain amount of points you will be rewarded with a free app for your device. This will be paid for through

companies advertising through this app.

Not many of these type of apps exist in the market at the

moment so we saw this as a large advantage.

This is the easy to use main page of iCitizen. It gives you your task of the day and you have to try and complete it by midnight.

After you have completed your task the app tells you haw many points you have so far. You can also post your score on social networking sites. It will also send it to your friends. So they can send you challenges to try and complete.

This is the friendly welcoming screen that will greet you when you open the app. This design will hopefully be incorporated in the whole app.

We hope that when the score is posted more people will want to get

the app so that they can challenge people.
