Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Registrant counseled the foreign principal on U.S. policy and informed and arranged meetings with public officials, staff and media organizations regarding developments in Ethiopia. As previously reported, registrant distributed a letter from the Embassy to the offices of members of the House of Representatives.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco Registrant provided consulting services which consisted of assisting in the representation of, and government relations activities on behalf of, the government of the Kingdom of Morocco with the US government, and the development and implementation of a public relations strategy for the government of the Kingdom of Morocco, and promotion of business with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Embassy of the State of Qatar Registrant provides government and public relations services for Qatar with regard to bilateral issues pertaining to the relationship between Qatar and the United States. Such services include outreach to the United States Congress, the federal government, and the media.

Partido Alianza Republicana Nacionalista (ARENA) and El Salvador presidential candidate, Carlos Calleja Registrant provides strategic counsel and organizes meetings in the U.S. with policymakers, the media and other interested parties. Activities included planning and support for a series of meetings and events in New York and Washington D.C. for the client.
