Trouble Free Travel •  Every reservation is checked by a

reservation agent at THN to ensure it has a hotel acknowledgement (usually a confirmation number) prior to your travel

•  An emergency after hours contact is available seven days a week if you need to make a last minute booking/change

•  Floods, cyclones, fires, ash clouds, strikes and major events can have a significant impact on mobile workforces and accommodation requirements.

•  In 2011 we found 14,267 room nights in response to the Queensland flood relief.

•  In February 2011 we confirmed an excess of 4,500 room nights in Cairns and Townsville for emergency response assisting after the Queensland Cyclone.

•  In mid 2011 we managed to secure accommodation for all travellers stranded due to the ash cloud disaster.
