    territorial application under Article 2 (5) t#ereof. %n t#e case ofcrimes against t#e la$ of nations t#e offender can e prosecuted$#ene&er #e may e found ecause t#e crimes are regarded ascommitted against #umanity in general.

    T#ere is no time limit specified ecept t#at t#e returnmust e made $it#in a reasonale time. T#e period fied y la$under Article 125 does not apply ecause t#e arrest $as made y&irtue of a $arrant of arrest.

    8#en a person is arrested $it#out a $arrant it means t#at t#ere

    is no case filed in court yet. %f t#e arresting officer $ould #oldt#e arrested person t#ere #e is actually depri&ing t#e arrested of#is rig#t to ail. As long as t#ere is no c#arge in t#e court yett#e arrested person cannot otain ail ecause ail may only egranted y t#e court. T#e spirit of t#e la$ is to #a&e t#e arrested
