Every screening machine is different. Every product is effectively separated in its own par-ticular way. And there are always specific de-mands on the required screening quality. That is why PACO doesn’t simply rest on its knowledge about the cloths it makes, but takes a close look at the complete screening process. Tailoring to each individual screening machine, choosing the most effective cloth, knowing all about the specific screening product, and being aware of the needs and expectations of the screening machine user – this and more are all part of the total package.

The PACO hooked screen range includes versions with various screening cloths, hook edge designs and special features.

Strong bond between material and service

Our in-house manufactured metal wire cloth is at the heart of each PACO hooked screen. This is complemented with a job-oriented edge de-sign, specifically chosen hook technology and special features such as rubber or silicone lip seals, re-inforcement through polyurethane film, baffles, deflectors and supporting cloths etc. All of this is specified in close cooperation with the screening machine manufacturer and/or user, and supplied by PACO from a single source – in class leading PACO quality and including PACO total service.

Consequently, there is a large demand for new screens – just as there is for reconditioning and retensioning used screens. Perfect tensioning technologyFor screen tensioning, PACO uses optimized production equipment and precision measur-ing technology. The metal wire cloths are abso-lutely uniformly tensioned in all directions. This provides particularly high levels of rigidity that optimally transmit the screening vibrations and ensure increased productivity.

All PACO hooked screens are optimized for the job in hand – from choice of materials, through design to finishing quality. Regardless of whether side or end tensioned, they always provide reliable performance coupled with long lifetimes. They can be easily re-tensioned, efficiently cleaned and quickly exchanged.
