“Artists in Concrete Awards” is a brain child and trademark of Reify Artisans & Projects Pvt. Ltd., which has successfully organized on national level in its initial years. PARTICIPATION DETAILS

Participants can submit any number of panels. All panels to be prepared in A2 size and portrait mode only. 1.5” wide strip to be left at bottom of each panel. The 6 digit no. to be mentioned by the participant on the right hand side bottom of the panel and on the CD also. Each panel should be composed as below:Panel no. 1 should contain layout & relevant drawings & details.Panel no. 2 should contain project details**, client brief & response to judging criteria.Panel no. 3 should contain relevant color photographs of the project.Additional Panels should contain any other information relevant to projects **Project details • Size in sq.ft.• location - City name only• Cost : Rs/ sq.ft.• Cost : in Rs. • Context – description of Immediate surroundings• Any other relevant information.

1) One complimentary stall space of 3 x 3 sq.mt. in Wonder Glance.2) Participants can submit maximum 2 projects in one participation form.3) For nominating more than 2 projects, separate participation form should be submitted. 4) Participants shall not mention name of the interior work / project or designer any where on the panel or on the sheets, photos mounted on the panel. The name should not be featured any where in the PPT presentation. Failure to do so will invite disqualification. 5) Projects completed before 31st Dec. 2007 are not eligible, projects under construction can be

nominated.6) The name of projects along with location and its area in sq.ft. should be mentioned in participation form.
