What is agricultural flourishing?

• Agricultural flourishing is the idea of transforming education to help students to grow and flourish. This is done by customizing the experience for each student so they can find their authentic self.

We must help students to become multiculturally aware

How can we help students to flourish?

• We can help students to gain self-awareness by activities that require reflection and discussion about strengths, talents and dreams

• We can help students by helping them to develop attainable goals

• We can help students by encouraging them to find their passion

How can we help students to achieve their dreams?

• Help students to realize that with good academic achievement more options are available in life

• Help students to manage their social and coping skills effectively

• Expose students to a wide variety of activities and experiences which allow them to realize where their passion is
