Location and surroundings.

The quaint village of Standon sits within a

network of key routes and bustling towns that

characterise this part of the country. Positioned in

a shallow valley of verdant farmland, the historic

Just the other side of Bishop’s Stortford, the M11 offers an alternative speedy connection to the M25 and continues

directly into the heart of north-east London, meaning you can reach Stratford, around 38 miles away, in approximately 50 minutes.

Northbound, the M11 also offers a quick route to Cambridge, where it connects with the A14 for the Midlands, or eastbound towards
