We Study Pricing We spend more time understanding thefactors that drive pricing than any firm inRichmond. Condo Buyers There is probably morepoor advice given to thebuyers of condos than anyother type of propertyavailable in the market. The purchase of acondominium is a far morecomplex process than mostgive it credit for. The factthat Richmond'scondominium market wasalmost non-existent priorto 2000 meant neither thebuying public, nor theiragents, understood theissues associated withcondo finance.
