Sanctuary LiftDue to wear and tear, the Sanctuary lift has broken down, and as it is an obsolete hydraulic model, we are finding great difficulty in getting the spare parts in. We are studying the feasibility of completely replacing the lift, while continuing to source for spare parts to repair the existing one. While this is happening, we have arranged for the English Services to be screened “live” at Jordan Hall 1 (closest to the Covenant Block lift lobby) for those who have difficulty negotiating the stairs to the Sanctuary. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and assure you that we are urgently looking into this matter. Thank you and God bless you!

Prayer FocusOUTREACH NATIONAL DAY National Day is just round the corner. As we continue to support Braddell Heights RC Zone D, let us serve the residents with a spirit of joy and generosity. Please pray for immense creativity, exceeding joy and good health for the organising committee and all volunteers who have availed themselves to serve in the various capacities at the Carnival on 9 Aug. We pray for God’s anointing to be upon all as we host God’s presence at the Carnival. May we bring all glory and praise to our Father! ST LUKE’S ELDERCAREThe PLMC family will be bringing the elderly at St Luke’s Eldercare from Hougang Meadow for an outing on 16 July. May the time spent in conversation be one of fruitful fellowship and may we build deeper relationships with all the elderly. Please pray also for God’s protection and safety over everyone. May the Holy Spirit guide all our steps and our talk as we demonstrate His love to all whom He loves. MIGRANT WORKERSPlease pray for the up-coming bowling session organised by representatives from the Men’s Ministry Bowling interest group. May we use this opportunity to develop new friendships and trust relationships that will allow us to support these workers emotionally and spiritually while they are far away from their families and friends.

PLMC FAMILY (VOLUNTEERS)1. “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Matthew 9:37-38. Ask the Lord of Harvest to raise up more volunteers from the PLMC family to serve in the various outreach arms. Pray that the Holy Spirit will stir our hearts, move us to step up in serving the poor, needy, helpless and weak in our midst and in the community where God has placed us. 2. Pray for the favour of God and man to be upon the PLMC family as we serve in the various outreach arms. 3. Ask our Lord Jesus to pour His wisdom, knowledge and love into each of us as we befriend/share/minister with all the people in need. 4. Pray for the Holy Spirit to surround our family and loved ones with God’s love and protection and good health as we juggle between family, work and ministry. May Jesus Christ

Be Praised and Glorified!
