MEMORANDUM

The system of L@ for withdrawal of fund for works expenditure has been discontinued with effect from01.M.2015. The salient features of the substitute procedure of drawal of fund related to worksexpenditure through Treauries/ Pay & Accounb have been prescribed in the Finance Department'sMemorandum No. 736f(Y) dated 10.02.2015, No. 2705+$ dated 30.03.2015 and 3292f(Y) dated24.U.2015 and 3391f(Y) dated 28.04.2015.

For transferring oubtanding balance as stood on 31.03.15, with respect to Security Deposit and DepositWorks, a well m fresh deposit of Security Depcit and Deposit Woks, in newly created Heads of Account,vide Finance Department's Memorandum No. 3292+U) dated 24.M.2015, separate P.W. DepositAccounb are to be created at respectiveTreauries/ Pay & Account Otfices against each DDO (Drawing &Disbursing Officers).

Finance Department has concurred for opening of FVr/ Deposit Arcount in favour of each of the 102 DDOs(Drawing & Disbursing Officers) under lrrigation & Watenrvap Deprtment, m mentioned in col. 2 of theAnnexure to this order, under TR 6.02, read with TR 6.03(1) and TR 6.27 of WBIR, 2005 and by virtue ofprovision laid down at c/ause-3 of Finance Department's Memorandum No. 736f(Y) dated 10.02.2015,

clause-V of Memorandum No. 2705+U) dated 30.03.2015, clause-2 of Memorandum No. 3292f(Y)dated24.04.2015 and Memorandum No. 3391f(Y) dated 28.04.2015.

Amordingly, approval of the Department towards opening of two HA/ Deposit Arcounts in favour of each

of the 102 DDOs (Drawing & Disbursing Officers) of lrrigation & Waterways Department, for the purpose

of depositand withdrawalof fund from head of account "8443-00-108-004-WorKSecurity Depmit" and.8443-00-108-003-Works Deposit" relating to Security Deposit and H// Deposit, at the respective

Tremury/Pay & Accounb Office mentioned against the DDOs (Drawing & Disbursing Officers) under col. 4of the Annexure to th is order, is hereby conveyed

This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department, Group-T vide their U.O. No. Gr.Tl2015-1610182 dated 09.06.201 5.
