Ingham County has successfully convened a wide variety of stakeholders from around the county with 17 active voting members and 30 participating non-voting members

Health, Human Services, Courts, Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Providers, Schools, Law Enforcement, Workforce development, Government officials, pharmaceuticals, local colleges and the Lansing Lugnuts are represented

The vision of ISAP is that:use and misuse of alcohol, tobacco, and

other drugs are reduced in Ingham Countyprevention and treatment services are more

available, accessible and affordable for everyone within the county

cultural and social norms shift so that alcohol misuse, drug and tobacco use by adults; and alcohol, tobacco, and drug use by youth in the county is perceived as negative behavior by all community members
