    The Shingo Prize is recognised as the Global Standard for Operational Excellence. The challenge is how to put the Shingo Model into practice and take the steps required to achieve and sustain Operational Excellence.

  • Experience how Lake Region has achieved a dramatic transformation of its New Ross manufacturing facility in County Wexford.

    Along their 10 year Operational Excellence journey they have achieved:

    • 297% gain in productivity in High Volume Assembly

    • 379% effi ciency gain in Specialty Assembly

    • 77% increase in product items produced per operator per week

    • 95% reduction in days lost due to accidents since 2004

    • 23% reduction in energy consumed per unit since 2006

    Day 1 and 2 will be delivered at Brandon House Hotel, County Wexford. Day 3 and 4 will be delivered onsite at Lake Region.
