Maximum press stroke lengths are dependent upon crown size and the desired maximum pressstrokes per minute (SPM). Never change stroke without checking with Minster first.

When requesting a change in stroke, please let Minster know if there is a specific shutheight desired.Minster can quote the appropriate parts to increase press shutheight. Standard shut height is

measured from the press bed to the slide in the stroke down, adjustment up position.

Description

Custom Care PM is a preventivemaintenance program. The Program beginswith a press line audit to determine yourequipment’s current condition which isrequired for predictive analysis.

This program also includes semi-annual 100-point preventative maintenance checks.

Minor maintenance is performed which mayinclude changing the machine’s oil filters andoil if available, replacing lube lines andmaking adjustments as necessary.
