It is a serial device Server which isused to connect serial device toEthernet LANs.

It is pre-programmed computer that has a real time OS andbuilt in TCP/IP protocol suite.

It allows to access, manage and configure remote facilities andequipment's from anywhere in the world.

Advantage There is no restriction on host type or Operating system.

A microcontroller is a device which integrates a number of the componentsof a microprocessor system onto a single microchip and optimized tointeract with the outside world through on-board interfaces.

Bascom Server application is basically a program which is burnon microcontroller.

It helps in sending request from client side(Mobile ) to thecontrolling device.
