Swimming is one of the best workouts for maintaining your overall fitness level as well as for relaxing your mind. It comes across more as a fun sport, than an exercise, and this is the reason why it is very popular amongst people of almost all age groups. However, in order to become an expert at the sport, it is necessary to indulge in beginners swimming workout session. If your very start is incorrect, you cannot expect any achievements in terms of effectiveness and benefits later on. In other words, it is very necessary to pay attention to the swimming lesson for beginners and ensure that the proper swimming technique is being adopted

Our Objectives

We are frequent and passionate swimmers ourselves.

Over the years, as we ourselves experience the advantages and benefits of swimming, those sad stories of folks that lost their lives whilst in water, and also the rising water related natural catastrophe, we foresee that there is an actual need to practice these basic living skill among us.

We so then decided to share it with the rest of our society.

Our MethodFor years, we have performed researches and

development into the various swimming techniques etc.

Thus, finally, we came up with a new innovative Swimming Teaching Concept that we named NADI™ (Nurture, Aim, Drill and Improve) which incorporates, also our own new innovative swimming teaching techniques, called BFF (Breathe, Float and Force).

Both NADI™ and BFF are easy and simple to understand, to follow and to implement lesson.

They are very suitable for non-swimmers, beginners, aqua phobias, post water traumatic sufferers and even children.

We have also incorporated this approach to swimmers who seeks to perform long distances / triathlon swimming skills or those who want to enjoy effective swimming.

*No swimming aid tools like kickboard, float or pool noodle are used in our lesson

In a very short duration (in just 8 classes*), the students will gain the skill not only one style of swimming but THREE.They are freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and Bonus ! Water Treading, Water Survival , Turning, Deep Water Swimming & Endurance . Freestyle is claimed as the hardest style to accomplish by others but not by our students.Thanks to our UNIQUE teaching approach and techniques, our students are able to master the skill in just few sessions.In comparison with other swimming class operators ,you need to spend more time (5 to 6 months) and money in order to acquire this swimming skill ( all the three styles).* It is proven that 99% our students gained the skill in just 8 sessions. Few in just 6 classes! (8 classes = 12 hours)

Our GuaranteeWe GUARANTEE that the students will master the

swimming skill upon completing the course within stipulated time given i.e. 8 classes / 12 hours, subject to the following:

To adhere & apply the methods & discipline. Students are encouraged to perform routine practice/drills

in between classes on their own time for optimum result.

Note

The guarantee will not cover a person with

•A severe case of Aqua phobia/ Fear of water due to non or minimal water exposure or perceived mindset

•Traumatic experience e.g. almost drown during childhood

•Limb Coordination Deficiency i.e. uncoordinated, difficulty or stiffed limb movements.

•Negative mindsets and attitudes, particularly due to inferiority complex.

•Mental and/or Physical disability (s) that resulted from any accident and/or illness (e.g. vehicular accident,

extreme lifestyle undertakings, HIV infection) during the course of time of learning.

Nevertheless, person with the above STILL can achieve to swim within minimal timeline provided that the

person:

•Observed & follows course methods, instructors / counselors advice and tips.

•Consecutive own time training sessions.

•Taking up Additional Classes / Sessions.
